Tropical Glitz Neon paints are manufactured using the finest ingredients. Our neon paints are semi-transparent and should be mixed 1:1 using one of our Tropical Glitz Premium Reducers. We highly recommend spraying neon colors over a white ground coat to achieve optimal results. Please note that neon colors are not UV resistant and will fade. Neon paints are intended for show cars and indoor projects.
All RTS products are " Ready To Spray" and do not require reducer.
